个人简介

叶涛,香港中文大学(深圳)理工学院教授,国家级、广东省以及深圳市级人才项目获得者,卡内基梅隆大学电子与计算机工程系兼职教授。清华大学电子工程系毕业,美国斯坦福大学(Stanford University)博士学位。研究方向为集成电路,类神经网络电路及人工智能加速芯片,物联网传感器件与柔性电路。在集成电路设计及物联网技术领域有超过二十年的经验。首创及开发了多个物联网及边缘计算芯片核心技术,研制成功世界上第一款UHF RFID芯片,并参与了EPC Global无线射频识别技术的世界标准及协议的制定及实施。先后主持国家,省市及香港创新科技署科研项目30多项,累计获得经费超过一亿元。曾任Impinj Inc., Synopsys Inc., Magma Design Automation Inc., Silicon Architects Inc., 以及美国硅谷多家高科技企业的研发主管及顾问。担任多个国际标准委员会(ISO)成员,IEEE及国际学术会议主席,国际学术期刊编辑及学术委员会成员,以及国际自动识别协会AIM的专家委员会成员和AIM亚洲分会首席科学家。
