个人简介
张大全,香港中文大学(深圳)理工学院助理教授,博士生导师。张博士于2014年获得武汉大学电子科学与技术学士学位,并于2020年获得香港科技大学电子与计算机工程博士学位。在2024年7月加入香港中文大学(深圳)之前,他曾在香港科技大学电子及计算机工程系先后担任助理研究员和研究助理教授,同时受聘于科技部先进显示与光电技术国家重点实验室。张大全博士的研究兴趣集中在新型半导体(如金属卤化物钙钛矿)纳米材料(如纳米线、量子线等)的生长和载流子动力学研究及其在高性能光电器件中的应用,在Nature Photonics、Advanced Materials、Advanced Energy Materials、Nano Letters等期刊上发表第一(含共一)作者论文9篇;还获得多个学术奖项,包括香港政府博士奖学金HKPFS、ECS PRIME 2016最佳分会论文奖以及2022年中国半导体十大研究进展奖等。
