个人简介

吴亮博士于2018年11月加入香港中文大学(深圳),任职理工学院助理教授。他的主要研究方向包括用于无线通信和物联网的射频/毫米波/太赫兹集成电路与系统等。

吴亮博士分别于2004年和2007年获得复旦大学的本科和硕士学位,并于2012年获得香港科技大学电子及计算机工程学系的博士学位。自攻读博士起,他一直从事着CMOS毫米波相控阵集成电路与系统芯片的研究工作。自2013年至2015年,吴博士在香港科技大学担任研究助理教授,并兼任香港科技大学-高通联合创新研究实验室副主任;期间,他提出了CMOS可见光通信系统芯片这一新的研究方向,并联合创建了捷通科技。该公司获得了香港创新科技署的创业资金支持。自2016年至2018年,吴博士于香港城市大学毫米波国家重点实验室担任高级研究员;期间,他成功开发了一款频率为310-GHz的CMOS辐射器系统芯片。

吴亮博士的论文主要发表于集成电路领域的权威期刊,包括Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC)Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers (TCAS-I) Journal of Lightwave Technology (JLT)等,以及集成电路领域的顶级会议International Solid-State Circuit Conference (ISSCC)。就部分成果,他申请了2项PCT专利和3项美国专利。吴博士曾先后独立主持包括国家自然科学基金青年项目,香港研究资助局基础研究基金,香港科技大学概念验证基金等各类项目。他担任了2015年国际无线论坛(IWS)程序委员会委员,2015年和2020年香港天线/微波联合学组研究生研讨会会议副主席。吴博士是IEEE会员,并于2017年至2021年担任香港天线/微波联合学组执委会委员。目前,他在集成电路相关领域的一些权威期刊担任审稿人,其中包括JSSC,TCAS-I,TCAS-II,TMTT,MWCL,TVLSI等。
