王兆瑞于2019年在香港中文大学获得博士学位，于2015年在电子科技大学获得理学学士学位。他现在是香港中文大学（深圳）科学与工程学院的研究助理教授。在加入香港中文大学（深圳）前，他分别在香港理工大学和香港中文大学从事博士后研究。他是2015年到2018年香港政府奖学金获得者。他的研究兴趣包括智能反射面辅助通信、海量机器类型通信和物理层网络编码。他在通信领域顶级期刊发表了多项研究工作。其中，一篇工作被选为 ESI 热点论文和 ESI 高被引论文。他担任过多个会议的TPC成员，包括IEEE GLOBECOM 2022、IEEE GLOBECOM 2021、IEEE ICCC 2022、IEEE VTC 2022 Spring、IEEE VTC 2021 Fall 和 IEEE VTC 2021 Spring。他还担任过多个期刊的审稿人，包括 IEEE TWC、IEEE JSAC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TSP、IEEE TVT、IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE WLC 和 IEEE SPL。
