个人简介
钱琦,现任香港中文大学(深圳)理工学院助理教授, 博士生导师。本科毕业于吉林大学,博士毕业于普渡大学,师从Michael Manfra教授,随后在加州大学洛杉矶分校从事博士后研究,师从段镶锋教授。近年来,钱琦教授在新型量子材料与器件、光电功能器件的构筑及输运性质研究领域取得了一系列突破性成果,以第一作者及通讯作者身份发表论文十余篇,包括Nature(2篇),Nature Nanotechnology(2篇),Nature Communications等。钱琦教授曾获得《麻省理工科技评论》亚太区“35岁以下科技创新35人”、美国材料研究学会博士后成就奖、加州大学校长博士后奖提名、Lark-Horovitz物理学奖等奖项。
