个人简介
倪维明教授是香港中文大学(深圳)校长讲座教授,执教于理工学院。1972年,他获得台湾大学学士学位。服满两年兵役后,他于1979年获得纽约大学(库朗研究所)博士学位。他曾担任宾夕法尼亚大学助理教授,明尼苏达大学教授。2010年至2017年,他在华东师范大学担任偏微分方程中心主任。
倪教授的研究领域主要是偏微分方程,近十年来专注于生物中的数学问题。他已在相关领域发表100余篇学术论文。倪教授为Journal of Differential Equations主编。他的论文绝大多数发表在国际权威学术杂志上,并被大量地引用,倪教授还是全世界被引用最高的数学家之一。
