    陈怿博士于2007年在北京邮电大学电子工程系获得工学学士学位，2012年在香港中文大学信息工程系获得博士学位。2012至2015年期间，她在香港城市大学电子工程系从事博士后研究工作。 自2015年3月，她在香港中文大学信息工程系任职副研究员。她于2016年8月加入香港中文大学（深圳）。她的研究兴趣包括：无线通信系统的干扰建模、资源优化和介质访问控制，数据中心网络的调度和路由算法，以及大数据分析。
