个人简介

毕文刚教授于1997年获得美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校电气工程(应用物理)博士学位。曾任职于美国惠普实验室、安捷伦科技公司实验室、Philips-Lumileds和英特尔公司从事前沿技术开发,拥有30多年的先进光电材料与器件的研发经验,包括MBEMOCVD外延及芯片工艺(DFB Lasers, EML, Micro-LEDs),以及下一代400G/800G硅光子技术。曾领导和参与过多项大型科研项目,发表学术论文190余篇。主编由Taylor and Francis出版的Handbook of GaN Semiconductor Materials and Devices

毕教授为乌克兰国家工程院外籍院士、美国光学学会会士(Optica Fellow)、国际光学工程学会会士(SPIE Fellow)。

毕教授目前的主要研究方向为第三代半导体材料和器件、2D纳米材料、Micro-LED及其在照明和下一代新型显示中的应用。
