Biography

Dr. Jiabin Wu graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Supervisor: Prof. Jun Zhou) in 2020, and was co-cultured at Drexel University in the United States during the Ph.D. period (Supervisor: Prof. Yury Gogotsi). He has conducted postdoctoral research in the University of Waterloo (Prof. Zhongwei Chen) and Tsinghua University (Prof. Yadong Li & Prof. Dingsheng Wang). He joined the School of Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen in September 2024. He has published as first author or corresponding author in Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater. etc. He focuses on cross-cutting areas such as fuel cells, water splitting, CO2 adsorption and conversion. He is currently serving as a junior editorial board member of Carbon Energy, Rare Metals, Advanced Powder Materials, Green Carbon, Microstructures.
