The program is intended for students who wish to pursue advanced postgraduate study in the field of Chemistry with a research focus on the areas of synthetic chemistry, theoretical chemistry, organometallic and organocatalytic chemistry, functional materials chemistry, nanomaterials, polymer chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, surface chemistry, environmental materials, energy materials, solar energy, fuel cells, and lithium-ion batteries, etc. Applicants should have an educational background in Science and Engineering. Students who satisfy the prescribed requirements will receive a degree from CUHK.
