Dr. CHEN Tinghuan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Science and Engineering (SSE), The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen). He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received M.Eng. and B.Eng. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Southeast University. Dr. CHEN's research interests include VLSI CAD and deep learning accelerators for edge devices.

Dr. Chen has published several papers in leading journals and conferences of the electronic design automation area. He was selected into the National Young Talent Program, presided over many scientific research projects such as the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He won the Best Paper Award Nomination in 2021 DATE and 2024 ISPD, second place in the 2023 EDAthon contest. He serves as a TPC member in ICCAD and MLCAD.
